Just letting all you guys in Hambland know Roothawg aka Chris was 10 ft up a ladder in his shop today and the fiberglass ladder gave way...He landed on his race car engine and broke his back at T10 also broke his shoulder and cut his head open. He is back home in a body restraint and on pain killers. Please send good thoughts his way.

Hoping the damage is limited to the vertebrae, and that the spinal cord is ok. If they have sent you home it is a good sign, and this is probably the case. Take care of this properly and do as they tell you. You need a good outcome, and I am praying for exactly that.

Had one of those ladder collapsing incidents resulted in a severe concussion. Listen to your doctors more importantly do what they say. Get well soon.

I do ladder training for my staff every year, you need to make sure your ladders are rated for your weight.
3 points of contact at all times etc...
