Testing the waters to see if there is some demand here for these. I do high performance Nailhead builds and I do my own porting. I have ported several 401/425 Nailhead single 4brl intakes and open up the plenum to accept bigger carb or big bore bolt on fuel injection(carb style-Holley Sniper 1000 or FItech 750-1000cfm ****erfly size). The power difference is substantial, easy 20-35hp on completely stock engine. If it has ported heads/cam, the gain is even greater. There is no negative, just more torque and power through out the power band. Pics show some intakes I have done, there is a lot of hours of grinding and I do not just make it bigger, I shape the port entries/exits and correct some of the core shift if there is any. I also plug and fill the exhaust crossover at the carb pad and fill with epoxy for a cooler carb and a great sealing surface for a bigger carb. I can also do this on Cadillac 390/429 intakes, as well. I can do a Buick intake ported outright-no core for $500+shipping while I have cores. I have no Cadillac cores, so you will have to send yours in for work.
