I know I could go to Fordbarn as well but I like u guys better, and I think this brain trust is better too. We have this kool little greyhound that sure was on a cap given the slightly rusted stud. The detail in person is a cut above what some repop toy or desk topper might be. Also looks to be nickel plated. Dad used to have a reverence for what he called a "Greyhound Pup" for its demure size and rarity. Is that was this is? And finally, what was it found on in the day? Pics below, thanks, and have fun.

Not the right base for a 34 Ford. Highlander's is oval. Maybe one of those model Y English Ford accessories?
