Willy Borsch in the staging lanes probably in 1961 before it was lettered “Jim’s Auto Parts”, Jim Harrell was the primary owner, I think Willy only drove at that time. For its first 3 years the car ran gas.

IDK when ‘gl*** T bodies came out but this must have been an early one. The ch***is was built in Harrell’s shop using muffler-moly as was common then.

Looks like an interesting start. Would have like to see it finished (if it got that far !).
Drop/channel the front...of the body and a dropped axle...yeah... Get the front of the hood/grill right down at axle height, sorta like the second picture.
With a supercharged Ardun flathead.
