The Executioner is in safe hands and here in Nor Cal, Just took delivery of the Corvette today, I will be doing my best to return it to correct vintage speed equipment, Spindle mounts, Slicks, Scoop, Headers, ETC........

 

Glad to hear that it will be headed back to what it was as a drag car!

 

Slicks and radiused wheel wells, too?!

 

Cross ram, Numbers matching small block, and Magnesium wheels weren't there during the final deal, just the Battle Axe, I'm hunting for wheels and tires, Big block will stay (850hp), Got her all cleaned up today, also changed all fluids and got her running after the long slumber

 

-- but we have the correct American magnesium 12 spokes for it.)

Why would someone have “restored” this car and then do such an inaccurate job of it ? Paint, engine, trans, dashboard, hood, rear quarters, wheels, tires, etc, all wrong. It literally needs to be rerestored all over again to be right. Shame. It looked like it was in great survivor condition not that long ago before someone that didn’t understand what it was ruined it. And then to get rid of the original parts ? No offense to the current owner.
