Hot Rods 1930 Model A roadster rear wheel placement

What's the conensus regarding rear wheel centerline on an A roadster highboy? Going off the frame chart it looks like lined up with the vertical wheel tub impression is stock. Thanks.

Axle should be under vertical rib in wheelwell panel

 

First pic is centered. Second pic you can see the vertical bead is slightly forward and the wheel is not centered that well.
