Here is a 1949- 1953 Ford V8 Flathead Engine. Good runner has adjustable lifters. .040 over pistons. EAB heads (higher compression) 60 lbs oil pressure initial. About 50+ at operating temp. Va***n at idle 15-16 Cylinder compression test 106 to 120 range. Elevation here is just under 5,000' above sea level. The engine has a Mercury car Pan. Had a mercury intake as well but in swapped it for the Ford. Carb fuel pump and headers not included( they are borrowed off other truck). Has wide belt pulleys The water Pumps leak a little bit. Generator in unknown condition. Distributor is a well used one. I filed the points and dropped it in. Could use fine tuning with good carb and adjusting the timing a little. I have cores if you need one for the carb and fuel pump. Any questions please ask. I can also ship this freight to a freight dock near you. Or business /residential delivery. I Have more videos of it running, just send me a message and i can forward. Edit: I installed the heads and inspected the deck cylinders and valve pockets for the common cracks from valve to cylinder and did not find any.
