It's been awhile since I've auctioned off a batch of cookies. Since there aren't any other auctions occuring currently I thought this would be a perfect time. Up for auction one HUGE batch of chocolate chip cookies shipped anywhere in the world. I'd like to mention this isn't your typical church bake sale batch of cookies on a paper plate BUT probley the largest batch of cookies next to your wifes yearly Christmas batch. A HUGE cardboard box full, tightly wrapped in ziplock bags for freshness and shipped next day air so you'll receive then still warm from the oven. Just finished browsing issue #7 of Rod & Kulture and thier you and big olds are grinnin and lookin all cute. The jalopy showdown had to be a blast, have enjoyed it thru all the hip posts since its mud slingin event occured. The Roadburners hope we get the two of you to Omaha some time. You guys are so generous it's blowing me away. Aug '07 is going to be your lucky month! Big Olds, myself and Roadstar will be in Omaha Sat nite Aug 4th for one overnite stop on our way to Speed Week at B'ville. Perhaps we could all get together at a local cruz nite or BBQ place. We'll touch base when the time get closer. Speaking of Jalopy Showdown wait till you see the coverage of it in an upcoming issue of Rodders Journal.
Hey Denise guess what ? My stepdaughter moved to near salt lake city so sue and I are gonna make the trip for 07 also.. We should get together and look at the dates and times. maybe we can cruise out together. Im hoping to drive the new roadster but if its not done ill drive the coupe or there is the harley ? Dave
D's cookies are the best. They are a bargain at any price. Last batch I got she put in a couple slices of bread to keep everything fresh. I made a bologna sandwich with the bread and ate the cookies for dessert. Doc.
We are soooo excited that you & crew will be in the big O in early Aug. It isn't the date for our rockabilly cruz, but a excuse for a hot rod event. The welcome wagon team is at work on the project. I understand that the high bidder has registered these cookies at Barrett Jackson for a no-reserve auction at Scottsdale. When these get to the auction block, no telling what they will bring.
