Yep, and the, what looks like an Inglewood slick, burned down to almost nothing, not bolted on.

 

Maybe second hand, based on the rest of the operation?

 

Read what you said about the J & J Bantam. Which picture is on your wall ? The reason I'm asking is I have the car, and restoring it to its 1963 Winternationals. Suprizes me that people remember the car.

 

Picked this up a couple years ago in upstate NY. Would love to find some history on it. Looks to be a Model A frame with rigid mounted tri-5 Chevy rear end. Steel body with conduit inner bracing and fiberglass turtle deck. It looks to have been a quality build as the complete front end and steering was chromed and there is evidence of red metal flake paint under numerous layers on the turtle deck.

Would love to hear if anyone has any info on history. Car was purchased from the Oneonta area
