Hot Rods New to me 42 convertible

    Just brought this car home. Was restored around 2001 and then parked. Love to connect with others who have 42 ragtops.

    That's a rare one, and a pretty one, looks like it was very well done. Closest I've got is a '41 Cadillac convertible. I can't imagine there were a lot of convertibles built in 1942 of any brand, worldwide.

    The gentleman who had the car collected EVERYTHING (NOS, mint condition) so it is making my life easy. New interior ready to install too.

    There is nothing you could do with that that you couldn't do with a more common 46-48 ford.

    Going to get all the parts on it and enjoy. I'm more of a 32-34 guy and my dad is a MOPAR fan so who knows after that.
