I just went back and reread this thread. Thanx @Nick32vic for bringing it back up to the top.

Thanks to EVERYONE who commented. Be looking for us this year at:
    • Stray Kat 500
    • SWMO Hot Rod 100
    • Lloydfest 2024
    • STL Hot Rod 100
    • Color Run in Quincy, Illinois
    • Jefferson City (Missouri) Super Cruise
    • 40 Ford Day in Crane, Missouri
    • cruises/shows in Blackwater and Boonville, Missouri
    • Central Pennsylvania Truckstock (those of you on Ford Truck Enthusiasts know about that)
    • cruising around Penn and NY after Truckstock, including Niagra Falls and possibly points further east and north
    • miscellaneous small car shows and cruises around Missouri and surrounding states
    • perhaps along Rt 66 anywhere between Chicago and Santa Monica
We do plan to run the wheels off of it.

Bill (@Bill's Auto Works), who's waiting 'til spring??? Friday the front end gets aligned and after that ANYWHERE/ANYTIME is fair game!

Steve (@mohr hp), This thing's been all over the US and usually with other friends along. You'd be amazed at all the stuff I've hauled home in it. Usually for the other folks that are along. Once I even hauled home a disassembled '29 Chevy roadster body from Belleville, Kansas. After unloading all of the coolers/sleeping bags/etc. and then reloading all of this stuff around the car parts.

@catdad49, as soon as the front end alignment is done (see other response herein). Then watch for it anywhere.

Thanx man. For all of you other people let me tell you that I lost the hood trim somewhere along this 5-year journey. Charley sent me replacements. THANX @charleyw.

Thanx Tim (@1low52). My first two choices for wheels are polished American 5-spokes and "original looking" 16" Ford style wheels with 4 1/2" bolt pattern. Some of the wheel manufacturers are making these. I'm putting 15" aluminum slotted mags on it until I decide and order wheels. I've had the swap meet slot mags on a shelf for 25 (+/-) years). fwiw; @themoose photoshopped polished American 5-spokes on it and here's what it looks like:

Lynn (@lake_harley), I have hauled greasy engines in the back but won't be doing that anymore. We'll get together somewhere this summer; I guarantee it. Even if I have to drive to Uniontown.

@51504bat, Sherry and I are giving much thought to pinstriping. Style/color/amount/etc. My first thought was lighter blue stripes. Maybe on or parallel to that body line that goes most of the way around it. The more I think about it the more I think that would put it right smack dab in the middle of 1980's street rod style. I've got a couple of friends who do great Von Dutch style stripes but am wondering if that would fit any better. If I go with the 16" Ford style wheels they definitely will be blue with cream stripes or cream with blue stripes.

Hey, @ratster. I'm thinking that Clarence will be in the Maryville/Sevierville area at least once this summer. Let's go for ice cream or something.

@fastcar1953, you're probably going to get tired of seeing this thing around Central Missouri now that it's back in operation.

Nick, we've got to get together sometime. Lots have changed in the 20 or so years since we used to get together.
