Does anyone out there has a mid-fifties Mercury or Lincoln that was equipped with the factory Treadle-Vac but which has been updated to a modern PB booster? If so, I am looking for a few of the under dash pedal linkage parts that you removed for the update. If you have any of the original parts that you don't need anymore, please let me know. Thanks

I got real lucky and found the PB parts that I needed! These cars stop real well with the Treadle-Vac setup. The only downside is the single reservoir but I have never had a brake line failure.

I went with a power booster and double reservoir since I added FDB to mine. They are the best brake system I've ever had on an old car.
