Customs Just Wanted To Share My Good Fortune

This post coming back to the top made me think that it’s been a while since @Hnstray posted here. I’m hoping to contact him, I have his email address.

I haven’t heard back from @Hnstray , I hope Ray is OK.

 

I contacted Ray (via conversation ) after I didn’t see him in Quincy last October at the Early Tin Dusters Color Run, this is where I’d first met him years ago as this is his hometown .
I never got a response either. Hopefully someone here knows what his situation is.
Ray has a wealth of knowledge and I’m definitely missing his posts.

 

It's actually quite unique in a special way.

Hello Fellows! I apologize for not responding in a timely manner to your kind inquiries.
I am alive and well and, as Stogy pointed out, just acknowledged another birthday….a
milestone …..80…..though I am frequently told I don’t look my age (nor act it either ‍). Not sure what age they think I look like. In any case, no sickness but a lot has been going on in the past 2 years or so and that has necessitated re-focusing where I use my time. Haven’t been in my shop much, but looking forward to changing that this year. Once ‘ol man winter moves on.

I think my sabbatical from the HAMB may be ending. I have a lot of catching up to do.

Thank you all again for your kind interest in my continued existence….it is appreciated.

My father past a year ago this past November and he left a garage full of cars there's 8 and he had 3 caddys a 50,59,and 68 ,I drove his '59 to his funeral with my 3 sisters it's a beige series 62 hardtop no post its cool my oldest sister wants it . When we were kids we went to Detroit from Cape Cod all 6 of us piled in and rolled that ****er out there it huge but is a beautiful 70k original mileage and paint. Don't know what my mother is going to do with everything.Its all just sitting in an 8 car garage.

 

I saw a fleet of these in NY city up in Harlem, all with **** tails on the antenna's in the red light district.
