History B&M clutch flight trans

    Man how often do these B&M clutch flights pop up? I picked up two clutch turbo 400's I plan on keeping, probably going to let the 727 go. The B&m trans has clean fluid.     Not that Often, Poor Man's Lenco !
    I do not know why not used in a Application where a 3500 plus
    Stall/Converter is used in street /drag application,
    There was a argument here a few months ago,,Kind of Fast , well know
    Model ""A "" Ford not being
    Street Driven , Claiming to be the fastest on Street ?? !! because of the 3,800 ish stall/converter in Calf o_O

    Ran a clutchflite for 10 years or so in the altered. Violent shifts, never failed - just leaky and never enough parts. Owned 6 spares at one time

    Got one in my avatar, supposedly came from Jungle Jims FC before they started using Lenco.

    We ran one in a gas dragster before Lenco, shifted fine, always leak prone, we had a lot of issues leaking into bellhousing and oiling the clutch, We ended up switching classes and running a powerglide ,much better results
