You mentioned Brookville needing work. It's good to hear someone else having a problem. I bought one for my "32" pickup. I admit to being somewhat particular. It was very disappointing when it needed lots of work to fit.

How does the upac match up with using an original on the other side?

Every UP 32 Ford part I've used has been mirror image of an original. I suppose the very anal could find a difference? Keep in mind 32 fenders and other parts weren't all the same from the factory.

Tim: Depends on how my wife is doing? If I do I'll drive either the truck or my highboy chopped tudor? I would hate to miss such a monumental event. I've been a P&J dealer since they offered a dealer program when it was in CA. I should offer I missed a few years when it came to MO and they didn't think I was a legitimate shop. Had to buy my P&J's parts from a third party.

U-P parts are close to Factory FoMoCo
    But Not duplicates,
The rumor is United Pacific used the car for their 5 window was a Original that was owned by Vintique founder's father to make stamping/ dies.. Between
2014 -2018 I have had my hands on every part U-P sold made for 32 5w,
    Except for fenders,
I have a Original 32 with close to perfect
with Original fronts , I would like to see in person U-P fender's out of box to compare, U-P parts are Good Reproductions but does lack metal ga thickness & other details with there replacement Panes / parts

They claim 18 gauge, with all the factory reinforcements, were originals a heavier gauge? I will report back in a couple weeks as I am removing some serviceable (1 side mount) but lumpy originals and replacing them with UP'S on my original frame deuce pickup. The rears were a perfect bolt on fit. Over the last 50+ years of building deuces I had quite a few original fenders and they darn sure weren't all identical. One thing that always bothered me was eyebrows that were different. I always cut one fender to match the opposite side.

My body guy put about 40 min so far on my up fender. Just a little work on the radius where the fender meets the running board. And some love on some curving on the outside long bead

nochop; They are perfect for this pickup. A few irregularities won't hurt a thing.

Sounds like everyone is happy with the inside beads on United Pacifac fenders. No one has mentioned anything about them. I could use them
