Event Coverage Hamburg swap meet March 3

Ready for spring? Sunday March 3, the annual Hamburg (PA) swap meet moves 10 miles south to the Leesport Farmers Market. Great early event and the new location should improve the parking situation. They charge $3 at the door to help the local AACA region cover expenses.

Good show? Indoor, lots of vendors, good hard core car guy vendors with lots of car related parts?

 

Always a good swap at the fieldhouse in years past, especially outside. Very limited amount of what I call craft booths for the non car guys. Decent food too!

 

If your calendar starts at Spring Carlisle, you’re missing a bunch of chilly events in March. After the Leesport event, check out the Howard County (Md) fairgrounds on Saturday March 9 for the Chesapeake Region AACA parts meet. The following Saturday, March 16, is the Maple Grove (PA) spring swap meet. A week later, March 22-23 is the Sugarloaf Mountain Region AACA parts meet at the Carroll County Ag Center in Westminster, MD. But wait, there’s more. Sunday March 24 is a great swap meet at the Salem County Fairgrounds in southern NJ. Whew!
