I am nearing the end of the parts sourcing phase of a B motor in my ‘28RPU. I can’t seem to make a decision about which headers to use. I think that I know of 3 types; Tube Headers such as Red’s, Cast Iron 4 into 1, Charlie Yapp cast iron 2 into 1. Who likes what and why?

    I did this 29 for a friend, using Charlie Yapp's cast header. Built the pipe using 35-36 driveline. IMG_6167.JPG IMG_6177.JPG IMG_6180.JPG IMG_6205.JPG IMG_6210.JPG IMG_6219.JPG

Depends on if you are after hp or the kewl drive-in look.
I did a lot of dyno diddling and found a 4 into 1 with 2 inch pipe and 1/8" reversion dams made the most power at 6000 rpm but my engine had 4 welded in intake ports.
