Recent job. Local guy building a banger powered A coupe. Need to get over to his place and have a look, sure sounds like a neat project. Happy New Year all!

How many hours did it take to layout and punch this trunk lid?

Cleaning up in the shop and found these photos. Punched the holes and built the nerf bars quite a while back. Customer was a super nice guy. One thing that always stood out, a couple of times when he was in my shop BSn with me his wife sat in his truck reading while we were yacking for a long time. I asked him about that and he replied "She does the same thing when I go dirt bike riding". My bride, no way. They really need to get that clone thing sorted.

I guess you've decided on a different approach on the Custom A Steelback Bob? What's the plan...that's a really neat project...

Auburn hood tops will allow for a longer hood, and longer ch***is wheelbase. Been watching louvers being cut on a Pullmax, plan to have the sides punched with a Type 50 Bugatti style louver that I really like.

The guy that punched the louvers in the hood of my 66 Suburban put a laser setup on his louver press, they are dead straight.
