This one had me scratching my head. That is my favorite part of my 4 door merc.

  13. Wonder if it’s photoshopped?

  14. Part of it definitely is. You just have to look at the wheels.

Ross was one of the Grandfathers of Merc owners. He was always living by example. Not afraid to get in your car and go any where. Always carrying how your family was doing. I will miss the many telephone calls asking about how the show was doing or Letting me know when they got home safe. Priceless memories...

I met Ross and Anna back in the mid-nineties. It seemed like I would see them rolling through town on their way to the Hangin Dice show in Fort Smith. Seeing them was always a reminder that it was Hangin Dice weekend. Watching their black Merc cruising through town was a sight to see.

I always wanted to cruise with Ross to a show. I never asked because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to keep up. Ross would like to tell me "I drove my age again" on their way to the show, followed by a little chuckle. He appreciated Jesse going to shows with him so he would still be able to see his kustom family. Anna Dean probably appreciated it too because she could stay home in the air conditioner.

Ross taught me a lot about life and Kustoms.
    • Our Christian walk with the Lord is most important.
    • Christian's can be Kool people.
    • Don’t be afraid to drive your Kustom anywhere, any time.
    • It is okay to be yourself.
    • Car shows are about the people.
    • Always encourage others.

Ross will be deeply missed especially his smile and warm greeting. It gives me peace knowing we will see him again.
Please be praying for the family and many friends.

Really sorry to hear this, I met Ross 8 or 9 years ago at the Stray Kat 500 and was parked near his car. As soon as I had parked he came over and wanted to know all about my truck, it was like pulling teeth to get him to tell me all he’d done to his Merc- it is an amazing car. Got to talk with him at later Stay Kat shows and he amazed me to see him still driving all over, he became my hero! Rest in Peace friend!

  24. So sorry to hear of Ross's passing. He was a road warrior and I will miss seeing him at the Leadsled. His Merc was one of the icons I always looked forward to looking at while I drooled on my shirt.
My deepest condolences to all of Ross's family and many, many friends. He will be missed. Vaya con Dios..........E
