History 48 ford F-47 questions.

I am looking for some information on my 1948 F47 8BA, I know that its Canadian etc...

I know a little about it already (it was purchase for the Toronto fire dept. in 1948 , was last safety inspected in 73 and was bought by my grand father in 2002-2003,) If some one could some how find a parts record etc, or anything really that would be great
