Looks like any other street rod now. With the 4 bar front end and the 4 link rear end and radials. Might be hard to identify because they changed so much of the early build, but maybe that blister will be identifiable. Didn't have a blower hanging off the side or something.

Curious as to what is behind the blister.

Looks like the only old part that “survived” is the hood. Real shame the rest of the flavor is gone.

Was a Paxton under that blister at one time?

East Coast covers a lot or area, any idea what state it was from?

That instrument panel doesn't look 1960's to me.

You sure that’s a real Ford body? I don’t see anything to tell me it is. Hidden hinges, no bead at the cowl, door jambs all smoothed off, firewall all smooth and welded in. Looks like a Rod Bods to me. Show us some of the “survivor “ parts.

From the photos it appears to have been rebuilt and probably the body replaced in the '80s. It has that era of street rod with the suspension and gauges. Looks well built though and the color is great. Will be interesting to find out the build history.

I only thought that was a rumor! Wow how cool is that? I hear it’s considered a holy grail car.

That huge blister is for a generator? Couldn't move it or run no hood sides?

I think there is still a lot of cool there. Get some hairpins, a paxton and some stewart warner guages and drive the wheels off or it! Make your own history and have a blast!

If you are curious to know if it's a FoMoCo body , take a peak under interior, look @ subrailes , Brackets & bracing , behind seat & trunk

I can't believe they put that big bulge on the hood because of the generator. How hard could it have been to fabricate some brackets to move it? Maybe on the original build something else was there.
