Does anyone happen to know exactly or even approximately how much the rear bumper weighs for a 63 buick lesabre or even similar body style bumper? Thanks in advance.
IIRC, the entire ***embly (bumper, extensions, back-up lights and brackets/braces) is about 165 pounds.
I know the front bumper weighs around 50 lbs by itself. I need the weight of the rear bumper itself. Without the lights, extensions, brackets etc. This is for shipping weight. I figured it would be roughly the same as the front by itself. I'm going to find out soon enough but was hoping to get this cleared up ahead of time. Thanks.
The "actual" weight and the "shipping" weight is going to differ because of the size (over 48" long). The shipper will ***ign a shipping weight to the package when they measure it. USPS used to ship 130 inches girth as the best deal.
