I thought I would post some pics that I took during set up day. A lot of cars still had covers on them and some were still coming in the door but here are a few HAMB friendly ones.

No, I didn't forget the pictures. It is easier to create the thread on my computer and then do a photo dump from my phone into the thread. Work smarter, not harder.

Thanks for sharing, I thought I had another week or so before the show and was going to see if I could talk my daughter and son in law into the road trip.

It would have been nice to see you again. The show is shaping up to be pretty nice. A lot of cars I have not seen before, A lot of "tribute" cars but they have their place. Mustangs out number Camaros 10 to 1. Not that it matters to the HAMB but it is a notable disturbance in the force.

My shoulder is still in the healing process from being dislocated and the torn rotary cuff that required the knife rather than the scope. I don't know their schedule either.

They had not yet set up a display when I took that photo so I don't have information. It is a feature car on the show program and appears on this year's souvenirs and shirts. It did have 2 quick change rear ends and Washington license plates.

That 32 Vicky Tub looks pretty nice, but not with those T-bucket headers.

Lots of top notch cars, thanks for the pics!
That 32 with the wet paint sign shows some serious prep work to get that straight.

Those belong to father and son Mike And Craig McKennett. They operate Restorations and Reproductions, one of the top shops anywhere. The black 29 Coupe is Mike’s as well, very impressive workmanship, and great people!

I knw it's impossible to photograph every car truck on display thanks for the peek. That black 57 Olds looks to pretty cool behind the black29 Model A coupe. Joe

As Marty pointed out those are Mike's. I got a chance to meet him and his son yesterday. Nice people and they build very nice cars!

It was different, could be very cool with a convert top like a phaeton?

That was slick, Wescott glass body which is the best you can buy, so they started with a great canvas for that paint job..

I had talked to Mike on the phone just a week or so ago about the hood latch on my truck. He sent pictures and details to help me out. I had never met him face to face, glad I did. A very nice man.

He told me his truck, the lighter grey one, was finished a year ago but that his sons was finished 10 years ago. it still looks perfect from every angle. Craigs runs a SBC while dad has a hopped up flatty. I told him which truck was mine at the show, I am anxious to hear what he thinks of my work.

I think I need a day off but I’ll head over tongue and see more cars and take more pictures.

For now, here is my wife peeking through the window of her truck.
