Thanks Marty. It was an unusual job that lead to a string of jobs for a local high end restoration shop. I did the entire exhaust system including creating a muffler to simulate what was used in 1937. The best part was when he called me and said that they were running the car on the chassis dyno with the owner present and he wanted me to get over right away. I thought, oh oh, what did I damage…
They were excited about the way the system sounded and wanted me to go to lunch with them. Whew!

I love this thread. Wild pipes rule.

This isn't my A (my headers belong in a "mild pipes" thread, hahaha.) but these headers made me take a second look, for sure.

I’ve heard of equal length headers but this takes the cake

 

Three-quarters of the way through my FED build. 1948-tech inline 6... with zoomies 1.5" tubes in stainless.
