Should be easy to replace the freeze plugs on it.

    Cheers,

I actually got pulled over in AZ as I was cutting north between 10 and 40. Trouper didn't mention the two trailers, just told me I should get a room as it was snowing in the mountains and they already had one go off the side. I said yes Sir, and pulled into the first motel I came to. This is the next morning.. upload_2024-3-23_21-11-23.jpeg

Went to Florida the first part of March to watch my grandson play NAIA college base ball. We are driving to a game and I see a class a motor home (a very big nice class a) pulling a car trailer with a mini track hoe on it. I wondered was he headed to a long term engagement and needed the motor home to live in while he worked or was he on vacation and found something he just couldn't live with out, guess he could be a small equipment collector too. Endless possibilities here. that is if your curious about things like that. I ask my wife of 52 years these kinds of questions all the time and I get that you know, female look, like what the hell is wrong with you. My come back is "you always say we never have any meaningful conversation Im trying to do better and talk about things that are important".

Slight surface rust. It got us back form Bonneville just fine.

I can hear Darrell Waltrip singing “ You picked a fine time to leave me loose wheel (Lucile)” as he used to do on NASCAR broadcasts.

    Is that a customizing technique?

That was the early version of a quicky customization. The 1/2 chopped roof and slab sided rear quarters didn't catch on very well, though many others tried slightly different versions of it. Good thing it didn't take long to do, or requite much effort.
