Evening everyone Will a 15x7 wheel fit on the back of my 55’ Fairlane, and if so any one know the correct backspacing. Thanks in advance
I have 15" X 7" steel wheels off of a 70's Ford Crown Victoria on the rear of my '54 Ford Mainline Tudor. They don't s****e but the only way I can get the wheels/tires off of the car is to deflate them after I jack up the car.
I have the same struggle with 15x6 steel wheels off a 2002 Ford Ranger but my car is lowered 3" in the rear.
Hi, I have also had that problem at the beginning and worked a lot to overcome it, the thing is first I purchased a set of wire wheels from Dayton, they were 17" once I realized that they are almost impossible to fit it ( unless extensive cutting which I do not like) I had to sold them then I purchased a set of American Racing Wheels - VN471 15X6 but the fronts went ok, but I was struggling at the back because I was using a Ford 9" the diff was a little bit long and due to that the rims were touching the rear fender, so I had to purchase new axles from Dutchman axles because I went ahead and shorten the diff. But I can say that 15x6 is quite good.
