Hot rodding perfection, I will be very happy if my sedan turns out any where near as nice as that. Thanks for posting the photos
That must be nearly 20 years ago that was taken, with Jon's original shop truck he built parked next to it.?
I think it was around 2006 so yeah nearly 20 years ago. Jon’s shop truck was very cool, I wonder where it is now? Haven’t seen it in ages
If I remember correctly, he sold it to a guy from Belgium, who spent months pestering him to sell it, which is why its not been seen in UK since he sold it.
I bought this car in 1974 sitting in the back yard behind a house in Elkhart, Indiana. It was built in the 50s or 60s, was all together as a roller in primer. The car was chopped, sectioned, and channeled with full fenders. I put in a SBC engine and trans and painted it Hugger orange, Sold it as a driver around 1977 and never saw it again after that. Looking at the picture after all these years.....it needed a dropped headlight bar!
I’m going for two wheel options, managed to get a pair of American TTO’s for the rear but struggling to get the fronts. Are they still being manufactured?
If this is the same 32 I seen cruising around the salt flats, that thing was loooooow. Burn marks in the front fenders from the tires rubbing, as it bounced around the lakebed. It was Washington blue, tho An I can't tell from the picture if it's black, or not
summit racing lists them as currently out of stock, they do have em in unpolished if ya want to polish em yourself. don't know what your bolt circle is but they show em in 4 1/2 and 4 3/4... I believe that American is still making them... I don't think you can possibly improve on the look with the chromies and whitewalls though, man does that look great! https://www.summitracing.com/parts/are-vn109556

Thanks for the reply and the comments, much appreciated. I’ve checked the Summit site and they are a special order, I’ll order some from there and keep my fingers crossed
