Technical 350 turbo 153 tooth flexplate question

    I have a 153 side by side starter OptimalPost.JPG - just trying to tap the infinite wisdom of the Hamb and save the few strands of hair...

    pic of converter looks correct , when converter is slid all the way back to the pump typically 1/8 to 1/4 gap .....

    A """153 tooth""" flexplate / flywheel use the straight across
    ( holes on same side )
    ((168 are diagonal)))

    Metric bolts with a
    """ Oem production Mini style starter """
    use the metric ""Headed Bolt Head)
    The head is Mitric
    The threads are 3/8 -16 ,

    "" NOT """after market mini starter ))

    """Standard """ Big motor starters use
    SAE headed bolt head with 3/8-16 threads

    The Starter NEEDS to match Flex plate
    Bolts need to match starter USED
    No matter what transmission Used !!
