Hey Rich, I didn't realize this was you. I was walking with Scooter and just happened to be just outside of several of your shots. Thanks for sharing! Great pics! Great Fun!! Hope this show keeps growing!!!
This guy had some neat original ideas......check out the droplight/interior light and the clock surround from a tri-five chevy flipped with mirror attached, used as a rear view mirror..........now, if he would leave the rubber rats at home!!!
Bob, I was so upset that I almost couldn't drink my beer....almost. Butch, so which pics are destined for OSR or CKD ?????? Rich
Hey man, It was cool meeting you. BUCKSHOT freeekin rules. I absolutely love it. That show was pretty good too. All the "rubber rats" are kinda messin with my noggin though. Things aren't like they were just a few years ago....but things are still fun. It was great seeing so many Poor Boys together at once. The bikes were cool too.
this was a cool show! im uploading my pics now i got some good b&w pics. ill post a link when its finished
Good to see Shoe(Triump terror) as well. Some folks came from over 200 miles to be there. Yes, a burnout box.a block-long 'street drag' course, pinup contest, and it would rule!!
heres my pics http://s98.photobucket.com/albums/l274/mycarshow/redneck%20rumble%2006/?sc=1&addtype=local
Awe shit...... I saw you but never got around to speakin' to ya..... sorry bout that..... I met you at the Hot Rod Reunion in B.G. this year..... ...oh well, I'm sure I'll see you around....LOL!!!
Hey Rich, it was great to meet you at the Redneck Rumble and to discuss your ride to such detail with you.Next to the Hudsons, I have a severe weakness for the A model. Plunk an 8BA in it - it only gets better. You probably got that impression already from our conversation.Keep in touch man, I'd like to see what you could wrap around a serious banger engine.Your buckshot RPU skeeter - is my personal favorite of the show.It was my Dad's favorite also.Great pics!Hud
Rich, thanks for the pics - I was so busy striping cars I didn't get to see much of the show. I hate working during shows!! Good to see you again.
Nice to see ya sparky, earl,Cory and the rest of the poor boys.I think my buddy scooter did a great job with the show for a first timer.Great venue and plenty of room for growth and I know Scooter does it cause he loves it but I think he may Have broke even and thats all you can hope for with any event.Well now its on to the next event in another state.Pileup bound. If I would stay home once in awhile I might get something done in the garage. Great pics thanks for postin them Shoe
thats the way is goes . didnt know about it till it was to late , dig the bikes as well as the cars ,great pics thanks from cadiz ky
I've got a bunch of slides to send Alan. He'll figure out which ones represent the feel of the show best.
what a great show, rodster, were you next to me?......the piece of shit rpu. i had to cut out early....long drive, but a buddy stayed and be damn, made the dirty 12......he brought me back a cool tool box. sure was nice to meet you and your cool buddy !!!!!!
OK...I'll explain ....radials on street rods....bias on hot rods, especially on open wheel rides. To me, it's a huge thing in the world of traditional cars, radials just don't belong.....call me old fashioned.
Ok, you're old fashioned.. and I'm a sissy. I used to have 6.00-16, b'wall Allstates on my coupe..then I got 15x7's with radials and the smoothness and handling improvements made it ALL worth while.,,and yea, I drive the dog out of her.
No argument there....radials absolutely ride and handle a bunch better....But I also ride a rigid triumph....hard core traditional, or just plain stupid????
