  1. One running and two projects under construction at once. The projects will be my last.

six running cars four that I drive routinely but the Vicki needs kingpins, it has become like driving a video game Now if I count big trucks then there are eight that run and drive that are on topic
two that were running and need additional work now they have been sitting that are on topic
I pay insurance on 14 vehicles for two household drivers.....crazy and time to downsize

  4. Yeah, that's what I need. LOL

Two years ago I gave up on one ( '64 ) due to frame rot.
    This year I am granting my sister's wish to own a ' T ' .
So now there is only two left.

4 driving (that all could use something to call them "finished"), and one that may never get done. I like looking at it though... Well, let me start by saying I belong to the 200 Club. I’ll have to live to 200 in order to complete just my projects. ’61 Rambler Wgn. rebuild the motor, ’47 DeSoto 4dr. new brake lines, ’39 Buick 4dr. complete drive train & update brakes. These three I/we have driven a kakillian miles and are due. Shitty health has stopped me for the past 3+ years, but I’m trying ‘cus I ain’t done yet. Also waiting are a ’59 Buick Invicta Wgn. and a’59 2dr. post. Also for my grand-daughter a ’53 Morris Minor convertible (family project). She’s 9, but the clock is ticking. Never mind my ’40’s era teardrop trailer.
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
I’m 73 so I’ve got about 127 yrs. to get them done.

  10. Each person has a different view of what "balanced" means to them. It does get a little stressful at times, but that's only because work gets in the way......once that's gone true balance will be achieved.

    maybe an intervention is needed

  15. Project car is a variable term for me. As many prior replies said, have running and driving cars that still get an occasional upgrade or modifications. Then there are those currently being worked on. Right now have only one in the non-driving status. Five in driving status. Trying to not be tempted to buy anyyhing else.

Ummmmmm. . . . As of right now the Chevy needs a charge on the battery, air in the tires, fluids checked, oil and grease.
The roadster is in the middle of a motor swap, the model A coupe is getting picked up later this week and I have 3/4 of a 3 window project so. . . .
    3 3/4 projects-0 driving at the moment

I have two automotive projects, both will never be done. I can’t seem to get them to a finished point without planning what I will do next. The years have slowed me down so I have piles of parts for both projects just waiting for the next change.
