Do I have the wrong one? Or is there a mix/matched part here?

    Your carrier is backwards.

The above post is correct. Watch this video.
Make sure clutch release fork is seated properly and don't overstretch the little spring.

2065 bearing is the right number, got several on the shelf. Turn the hub around. press on the bearing with the bearing surface toward the PP, put just a dab of white grease on the bearing retainer, install and hook the spring.

I feel stupid that it was on backwards. I really need to get some manuals.
    Thanks for the help.

One other thing, make sure you have the radiused side of the fork against the hub not the flat side.

    Got it….And hopefully last question
I assume the fork should be contacting hub on the flat area and I either have mix matched parts or I’ll need to grind a bit off one or the other to make fit correctly.
Am I on the right track?

Your on the right track. A couple times over the years after I used up all the NOS Ford forks I could find (I used to buy a 100 at a time) and Job Lot closed their doors some of the aftermarket forks were to narrow and didn't fit. Since they were cast I had to grind slightly to fit. If your fork is a gennie it's forged and can be bent.

Grind either the fork or the bearing carrier.

Check to see if the part number of the clutch fork is 48-7515.
The inside dimension between the two fork arms should be 2 and 1/8 in.
I have an extra fork if you need one.

Right now I have 50+ forks in stock that have been checked for width and honed for proper shaft fit.
