i remember reading in an old Rolls & Pleats (paso robles coverage) that the car was for sale and the seller was saying the car was a Barris car? i don't know if thats true, but it looks like some one got it running and back on the road. i've seen it in Paso, VERY interesting car!!! is it coming or going???? =) nice pics Hellbound!! wish i could have made it...

You are not going to believe me.... That car is a 41 ford... original barris car. My buddy has been hunting it for the last couple years and just finally got ahold of it...Going to do a complete shoot of it in the next couple weeks, keep your eyes open...

I looked it over at CHRR, quite an interesting car, not my cup of tea, but interesting! Has had major work done, with parts from many cars. Most work appears to have been done in the early 50s. Lots of lead. Quite well done work. Someone must have some info, would be hard to forget!....OLDBEET

WOW! What a great weekend. Most of the pics I took where of g***er frontends and artwork painted on diggers, funny cars ect. My eyes are still burning.
