**** Baj (51 MERC-CT) has sadly p***ed. Wayne Carini has become the car taker of ****'s 51 Merc. **** was a long time member of the HAMB and well known within New England

Sorry to hear this. I remember some helpful Merc info he posted in the past. Just read his profile, and saw that his history with customs goes back over 70 years! A real OG. Godspeed, 51 MERC-CT.

 

I went ahead and posted this on The Ford Barn. He was a wealth of knowledge.

 

Just saw on Wayne Carini's FB the day he bought the car, and then him starting it, and backing it out of the garage taking it to it's new home. He tells a story about always wanting this car. As he backs it out, you can tell how flawless the body is. Beautiful. Flathead purring.

 

Very sorry to hear that. He always seemed to be a nice fella and had a very good looking Mercury.
