Hot Rods Ken Thurm's '57 Pontiac Street altered

Dig out your copy of Street Rodder, September 1977, and go directly to Steve ****an's brief two pager of "Across 49th Street"...on this original match bash/fx car turned into a street freak!!! Where's it hiding?!

Lots of Street Freaks got parted out and drivetrain, wheels/tires etc were dropped into other cars. The question is; did the roller get totally parted/s****ped or is it sitting in a garage somewhere?
I Googled his name and it looks like he's still in Orange County. Looks like he ran 1/4 milers and had a ch***is shop at least until the late 80's.
Maybe reach out to him and inquire?

 

He drove the 554 Mooneyham Coupe, when Jerry Moreland owned it.

 

I saw him running at the Knoxville track last year at the SEGA races. Nice car!
