Hot Rods 1919 to 1923 Essex four cylinder engines

Just a bump for@Six Ball a cool project needing some bits n bobs

 

Outback tried this But I'll do it again. Hopefully someone has come across some early Essex parts or information. I haven't done anything on this and not much on my Chevy. I would still like to build an early racer Speedster/Special from these parts. I did not renew my membership in the HET club as I got zero response to anything I asked there. I didn't have any success searching SX4 except some newer car of that model. Any information or interest would be appreciated. There has to be more of these out there.

Interesting reading. I just picked up a 22 Essex and am not sure what I will do with it.

 

That is a very nice one. I'd drive it. More pictures please. Did it come with any spare parts?
