I've seen pics before. The build is Russian and dates from 2000-2001.

I would say new generation Mini. Guess you could build a Mini Nomad from the Mini Clubman stationwagon. That has two small cool little rear barn doors but who cares.

 

Boy Howdy, I like that Volga. WTF cares if it's from Russia? I'll go there -> Someone did a very nice build. Kuddos to whoever did that. Sure as hell wouldn't see yourself over here. .
