Almost looks like my old high school.....

 

Bob Wright 1948, Pasadena, CA I asked Don about this blower and this was his reply:

"The supercharger appears to be the one John Beverage designed and built around 1950. Bob Wright and Don Berg also tried it on their '27 T". Don Montgomery

 

I have some of those counter stools from an old Yukon Oklahoma Route 66 diner. They are spring loaded using four or five Ford Flathead valve springs.

 

My uncle Bernie was also a Paratrooper in Korea. I remember when he came in 1954 as he got off the bus in full uniform with all his worldly possessions over his shoulder he said Hey kid and we walked home to my Grandma's. Thanks to all who served our country. He passed last year.

 

What an incredible thing of beauty.

 

There was one of those lumber carriers "lumbering" down the freeway in So. Cal once.
I was tempted to drive through it in my Bugeye Sprite.

 

Lark VI or VIII convertible...Cool!

Shouldn't there be 6 peaks?

 

Some long top end collectors. Do I see leaf springs or rear facing traction bars.

Maybe for a lineman.
Not for demolition working around a swinging wrecking ball flailing chunks of concrete in a confined area.
Not even enough room to park a 10 wheeler dump on site without parking on the sidewalk...sidewalk blocked with saw horses AKA barricades and ropes.
