Trying to identify what these seats came out of. They fold forward and have a little chrome level to do so. I thought Mopar but could not find anything that looked like them. Any help would be appreciated.

That tall carpeted base screams 70's van.

Went through this on another question here. The latches were fed mandated in 67 or 68? High back or headrests were required Jan 70, so in that range. I tend toward Mopar and they don't ring a bell.

truck/van/suv seats probably didn't have the high back or headrest requirement that early

The 3 van seats were strange underneath to fit the engine box until 69 fords.
    1965 Chevy, others similar.

If that bottom is OE, it would be 69-up Ford or 71 GM or Dodge or aftermarket.
Having a flip seatback is pretty useless in a 70s van, so I went with guessing those being earlier and adapted to the van base.
    1971 Dodge.

Looks like those seats were inserted, meaning they were repaired in the center too. Very strange to have the light tan 'stripe' do different things on the back and bottom. Plus the simple side stitch on the bottom and the pleating on the back.

Best ID is probably those latches and hinge covers. I looked at 67-69 GM, Ford and Mopar and didn't find a solid match there, along with the center back flowing over the top and the shape of the side bolsters. They made a ton of variations in those years, though.

Man, I thought about all the different possibilities including those all mentioned above. I’m definitely thinking Jeep Wagoneer. Would have guessed they had headrest but, guess not!

wagoneer was a four door, look for a two door vehicle....but the AMC thing looks pretty likely. Like maybe a 1970s Cherokee or similar.

Can you pop the plastic hinge cover plate off and see it there is a part number on it? That's what a HAMB'r suggested when I was trying to identify a front bench seat. The numbers on the plastic cover translated to a Chevy. Worth a try.

Does it matter what they are out of? If they are going into a rod or custom, just upholster them and move on.
