Well a week later they sent them to my wife. Figured I’d show em here.

    Great 56….would have been tough for me to drill holes in the dash for the tachometer….

    Haha wasn’t tough for me cause they were already there… been there since the 60s. If they didn’t have a tech there when they Hotrodded this car way back when. I would’ve never put it there.
    But story is the previous owner used to street race it in the mid to late 60s. The story is the little y block would outrun some muscle cars in the day.

    Yeah, I remember drilling holes in the top of my pristine 57 Fords dashboard in the 60's cause having that big Sun tach mounted up there where everyone could see it was just cool! Now I look back and "what was I thinking"?

    hahaha yeah but heck I kinda like it up there, it’s still a Hotrod after all and I like the idea that it has some history behind it

    Yeah, but it was just a used car back then. We were also tearing them up on dirt track racing. :(
