Technical Identify 1937 or 1938 Ford Coupe

Is this a 1937 coupe? I bought it represented as a 1938 and the more I look at pictures the rear of the 38 standards and deluxes are not like this. Thanks for your help.

 

It’s a 1937, 38 would have different rear fenders and the 39 style tail light.

Could it be a 38 Standard? Looks like a 38-9 taillight pad on drivers only fender? Just asking.

 

That’s where the 37 tail light stand mounts, the 38 standard rear fenders are shaped quite differently.

 

They'rd be a much bigger hole to accommodate the teardrop bucket. Also, '37 handle on the decklid.

 

1938 fenders one year only!!! very hard to find the p*** side in steel you have a 1937 rear fender pic.
