Agree, the rims will be dark green metallic as oe color code 499 & I’m a poverty cap lover & my Dad likes bling , lol . I told him since a 150 it’ll be like a copo 53 car with 235 oem tri power
Here is one . This was about 2-3 weeks ago,,,,I drove to Indiana to pick it up ,,,,,73 sitting on body color steels with Dog Dish hubcaps . The seller took the pics before he listed it to sell . Tommy
You’re a smart man ! I’m gonna swap the rear out for a nice 8-3/4 . The transmission for a well built 727 . The engine will be a low deck 440,,(de stroke down to a 402 !) Lol,,,. Tommy
RB engines fit in that engine compartment. If you would have looked around in Indiana a little bit you’d know that.
Oh yeah,,,I know ,,,Lol . I could go RB,,,I have about 6 of them (440 s ),,,,well 7 RBs,if you count my 426 Hemi ,,,,,I have many B engines (383-400),,,,about 8 of them . I just wanted to make a nice strong low deck,,,,nothing exotic ,,,,good compression,,,stock type heads,,,a little bit more cam than stock . Even gonna use a Thermoquad,,,,,Edelbrock intake,,,,and headers,,,,they fit better than manifolds . A lot of nice Mopars in Indiana,,,,,,a lot of really nice Mopars up there ! My son and I drove up about a year and a half ago to purchase a really nice 1981 Dodge D150 he was looking at . We drove it home from Lafayette Indiana,,,,,really sharp truck,,,,Slant 6 then,,,Magnum now . We drove this home from Columbus , Indiana,,,,,really sharp car ,,,,Slant 6 now,,,,later a big block . It’s got less than 25,000 miles on it,,,everything is good and tight and drives like new ! Original paint and interior,,,looks super ! Its got some imperfections,,,,,but nothing like most old stuff you see,,,I was lucky to find it . Tommy
