Jim... You have gotten me re-accelerated. But I'm only 80.
Was going great guns last 2 years, then more doctor stuff. (cough was brought on by a '63 T-Bird I was 'gifted', but was full of rats. Big dumb ones. Took a week to get 'em all out of that beautiful white 'Bird. Left me with this cough)

Ready for my transmission rebuild now, (for my '27 Hiboy)
Also ready to do sheet metal on my other '27, the tub. Hang in there, we're not done YET!

 

The results from Jalopy Jimbo last visit are coming together. Brake lines run, all hooked up, small leaks. Should be getting inner driveshaft back this week. That goes in and the eng back in to do initial fire up.

 

Another visit from Jimmy, (Jalopy Jimbo), and my daughter's friend Pappy .
I have built another rear spring pack, and these 2 Gentlemen came over and installed it, hooked the torque tube to trans, and installed eng . Brought back a F1 steering box built by Jimmy.I'm going to start the eng without water, and radiator. Just want to hear it run for the first time. It has good oil pressure, turning over on the floor .
I know ' don't get ahead of myself. This may be my only chance.

 

I wanted to simply post a link to the thread that will be the continuance to this one. If you have followed Mr. Jim through these pages I sure hope I can do him justice.
