Watched the live stream on Saturday. Started watching on Sunday, but had yard work to do. I did see the roadster run, but not the belly tank. A friend of mine is the guy that does all of the Ardema-Braun videos.

I think Greg does the video for Pete and team
Owen and Greg are First Robotics competitors and went to World Finals Championships this year in Houston
It truly is a small world

Straight Rajah terminals would solve hotrodfil's problem and look period correct but you need the boot to insulate your wires in the plug well as I recall. I'm probably going to end up with 10mm plugs in some adapters because a 14mm plug in an 18mm adapter makes for a pretty thin adapter cross section. So I'm planning on Rajah terminals to slay that dragon.

Yur absolutely right Dan, nothing I do is normal! My plugs are down in a hole so limited options for wires and lots of opportunity for arcing. I haven’t actually identified an arcing problem, but any air gap will eventually allow arcing or at least corrosion eventually.

  7. LZKAR7A - a Citroen Berlingo plug by all accounts.
Just being lazy - the boots were already on the leads. Also, the top of the plug is fixed without the removable nut.

Oh, and the fan has been swapped out for a Northern Hemisphere one... I was checking the diameter to see if a Morris Minor one might fit.

We just started working on a 28 roadster and found this e-brake setup. Unlike the AR setup on the left side in the Tudor or the side mount in the 30, I have not seen this before. What do we have here?

I've known Greg for 25+ years. I didn't realize it was him doing the videos until I saw him last year at a Christmas party. Very small world. I worked for Randy Nelson 30 years ago, but wasn't involved in his land speed efforts. I was crew chief on his drag race team.

I have one of those transmission top covers. It was with a bunch of parts that came from my dad. I have always wondered which model it fits.

  11. I believe that's the mid 28-mid 29 top. I'm at work and not around my book collection. I'll try to remember to check for you tonight

  12. 1/4” BSP hydraulic banjo into the block And 1/2” BSP straight into the filter I recall. Had the hydraulic hoses made up, and the fitting into the gear cover was made by RKE to run into the gallery in the Burtz block.

I believe you're right on that one.

My coupe has the same setup. My body number is 313, so it's an early production

I changed the leverage on the linkage and installed the barrel reducers… it sure feels snappy!!! Gonna lower the floats a touch to reduce the accelerator charge and button er up. Ready for the Virginia City FAST hill climb next weekend:cool:

Probably should wait until tomorrow, I need the part number for a throw out bearing for a T-5 transmission in an A with a v-8 clutch. One I have says MADE IN USA. GREEN. It’s 3/4” thick.
