  6. @LarsL ...Thanks for the complement and I'm happy to help you see the possibilities of how the project might look Oh yeah I almost forgot to mention that it's raining here in Connecticut so it gave me something to do this AM:D

    Well, i think this is a good start. If its still raining i wouldnt mind different colors, like maroon, deep blue, green. Something trad/old. And maybe lake pipes. I also think this could benefit by larger 32 Ford 18 inch wires. Maybe.
    But only if and when you feel like it. Thanks again.

    I'm sure I missed some details but here is a version. With and without flames.

    I'd like to see one of these versions where either the firewall/cowl is cut back to the hood line on the cab, or at least, that much of the firewall is blacked out. I'm not sure what this cab is, but it's very visually long, and the extra deep firewall/cowl is distracting.

    Very nice work though considering what the base picture looked like to start with.

    @LarsL
    themoose and Unclebrad handled the fenderless hot rod look, so I went for a 1930s style coupe-utility.

    Sure looks better than the '36 coupe I had. $35 and never got the title. Finally got a flat tire and left it out in the residential area with the keys in it. It was gone in a couple of days.

    So back in post 26797 :eek:, I asked how long it took to do the photo shop, but another question.
    Once it is all done, as per the picture above, is it only a mere click, (as in 5 minutes or less) to change the colour if single colour, or is that another hour or two ?
    ps - you guys are still amazing for what you do here !

    Yes, it is generally a quick operation to change the color. Probably a little more than five minutes, but an easy thing to do, once the work has been done to make and save "selections".

    Here's what I would do. Actually, I like the color; just needs a little buff and shine!

    Really like the back end of the 60 Dodges, but the look doesn't transition that well to the front, IMO.
    Anyone care to take a stab at modifying the front end to single (large) headlights?

    1960 Dodges all looked like they were designed by committee. Here's a slightly cleaned up single light version.

    I'm tossing around the idea of painting my roof. Could someone "paint" it red, gold, or silver? Flake of course! Haha. 20220316_114320.jpg
