I'm pretty sure that coup is the Pete Dore, (r i p) one. Very famous car back in the day down here. If it is, a few years back me and a mate were cruising around my hometown in it on a Saturday night. Usual hooligan stuff, making women and babies run for cover with open pipes and an ol flathead roaring. I was passenger sitting on a beer crate, man that was a great night. Underneath it was rough as guts, being an old speedway stock car, with the body had been welded to the chassis, then hacked away with what looked like had been done with an axe. Even Squeek Bell couldn't believe it as he was making new headers for it at the time. Its still alive down south somewhere and I still have bits and pieces from it in my garage, cheers

Tony Mullens from Geelong,Victoria. My T-bucket and his roadster shared a stand at the 1965 Melbourne Hot Rod Show. Was a regular competitor at the local drags.

Has to be an Aussie car with the 65/66 Aussie Falcon in the background. I reckon that's an O.G. cowl with F/G doors and rear section.

. . . to me, it always looks a little awkward when it's up hill to the radiator.
