The only picture I have of my 70 Road Runner on this computer. This probably would have been taken at either an early Mopar Nationals or at a Street Machine Nationals in about 85 (because the rear wheel arch paint doesn't match the rest of the quarter). The thing on the hood is a 2' high stuffed Road Runner. This unassuming ride was my street brawler/ street racer. Under power, on the street, that manual steering got one finger easy. Built 340, Hemi 4 speed, sure grip. I sold the car in 86 to pay closing costs on our home in the country.
I remember building the model kit when I was 12 years old... Wish mpc would start making these kits again....
Real T/A at a small cruise-in last night in Lexington. Original owner car, he bought it new, sold it, then bought it back many years ago. Nice and original 4-speed car.
