I got some overspray on my truck bed wood. I forget what I originally used on the wood to finish it, some kind of varnish or sealer. What could I use to clean off the overspray that won’t damage the finish on the bed wood?

  2. If the overspray is fresh, WD-40 may do the trick.

I would try a clay bar and Windex if the finish is pretty smooth.

Not an expert nor do I have experience with this, but isn’t varnish a layer on top vs a stain that soaks into the material?

If there’s a “top layer” then seek something that might work with that.
If a stain was done, maybe steel wool and reapply some stain that would match if needed?

  8. A sidestep here, but your comment reminds me of the older guy that slaps his wife on the ass and says:
"Come on Honey, I've got my semi-annual hard-on."
She says: "Don't you mean your annual semi-hardon?"
Well, I thought that was funny....YMMV!
