Somebody must know who made these 90 degree frog mouth scoops and when… marked HJ inside…ideas?

Timing hey - I don't know who made them but I do prefer these frog mouth scoops to the other style..... I'm looking for a fourth, have three already, bought them in the late 90s.

I emailed these guys but have yet to hear back from them....it looks the the ones I already have and appears to have the HJ on the inside.

nice yes mooneyes did retail them but still no clues on the actual manufacturer
