I'm not into racing but I enjoyed seeing the old 50's cars racing. Thanks for taking the time to post the pictures.

Great pics Lloyd, Billy, Andy and Wired. Hope I didn't leave anyone out. I wonder if that Crosley with the orange top racing a 56 Chevy is the old Brazee Bros. "Little Giant" that ran at Dover. It has been lost for a long time, Hmm, I wonder.

Man I'm just glad you got that truck out and enjoyed it!!! I'm sure your dad would be proud of you boys too ;) we'll do it again next year, now I've gotta get Lloydfest 24 ready to go

  10. I hate to wish away time, but we are really looking forward to Lloydfest 2024. I haven’t driven Papaw as much in 20 years as we did in Bowling Green. Thank you Brother for lighting the Hot Rod fire under my ***! As soon as Lloydfest 24 is over, Chandler and I are going to Re-six Papaw so we can drive it to BG next year.

Didn't go this year, went 2 years ago. I remember going thru the swap meet and venders having ear plugs for sale. I thought "I've been to drags before, I don't need ear plugs." Well those covered bleachers at Beech Bend sure hold in the noise!!! I went back and bought some plugs! It was hot then also, a great time and got to meet Lloyd.

We had a great time as usual. It’s worth the trip just to see the guy put his 56 on the back bumper. IMG_0171.jpeg

The Kellison in the picture you were asking about is from Chattanooga. The Bartone and Leber guys hooked Ethan, Darrin, and I up with t-shirts. It was a great time as always.
I have a bunch of pictures on the thread that is linked in my signature. It was great seeing all of you guys again.

You should be OK. Just drink your adult beverages with the other arm.
