Technical Banjo rear end

    Just got a 29 roadster with 32 frame and it has a banjo rear end but what one?
    The width is 64 inches with Lincoln brakes.

    No help with the rearend but that spring riser doesn't look too safe

    Hmm. everwhere I look for dimensions it shows 61 inches for 42-48.

    Hah, calculated mm to inches wrong its a 42-48, I'm getting too old:)

    Okay now I'm thinking selling this its bit too wide for my liking, but have now idea what to ask of it ?

    In Europe they don't sell at the same prices you see in the US, even in the EU it depends on countries, I usually buy them around €150 no matter what they came off of but it's France where hot rodding is not popular and traditional even less.

    Really, with those brakes, spring and open drive kit. Better to part it and sell in pieces.

    Or find shorter bells and axles and swap them.

  22. Are you aware that the GAZ M20, Pobeda and Warsawa also have a rear banjo axle exactly the same as early Ford with juice brakes , open driveline and parallel springs..

    Matfords? we dont have them laying around, never sen one in person.
